Dodgers News: L.A. Expects Several Injured Players Back Soon

The injuries have piled up for the Dodgers in the season’s first month.

Logan Forsythe appears a week away. Dave Roberts also said Franklin Gutierrez and Joc Pederson should be back soon as well.

As our Alex Perez wrote yesterday, Roberts indicated their returns will send Cody Bellinger to the minors.

While those players may be returning, Andre Ethier isn’t close. He told David Vassegh he’s started swinging the bat again, however.

Despite the injuries, L.A. is off to a 12-12 start. The rotation and lineup have been inconsistent, but perhaps the return of several bats will mitigate the offensive concerns.

Justin Turner is off to a scorching hot start
