Dodgers News: Millie and Dustin May Tie the Knot

It’s been an offseason of weddings for the Dodgers. Dustin May was spotted in Maui last week by an L.A. fan living there, and while part of the reason for his trip might have been to attend Chris and Mary Taylor’s wedding, it was probably also doubling as a honeymoon.

Just five days before that photo was taken, May was wearing a different hat and nicer clothes when he said “I do” to Amelia “Millie” Trautner.

Dustin and Millie’s wedding came almost exactly two years after they got engaged. On December 11, 2020, Dustin dropped to a knee and proposed to his longtime girlfriend in Costa Rica.

Millie and Dustin have been together for a long time. If you scroll through her Instagram, you can see photos of the two dating back to Dustin’s time in Low-A with the Great Lakes Loons. Millie is from Michigan, and the two met during Dustin’s time there with the Loons.

May returned from Tommy John surgery late in the 2022 season to mixed results, but hopefully an offseason of health and happiness will help him return to the dominant form he was starting to show before the elbow injury.

Congratulations to Millie and Dustin!
