The Dodgers are in Chicago for a four-game set against the Cubs at Wrigley Field. The teams are coming off a three-game series at Dodger Stadium in which the Cubs took two of three, so the Dodgers will look for some revenge in Chicago.

On the mound for the Dodgers on Thursday is RHP Michael Grove, and he’s facing off against Cubs RHP Jameson Taillon. More on the pitching matchup in a bit, but here’s the lineup the Dodgers are sending out in the first of four at Wrigley:

Mookie Betts remains on the paternity list, so James Outman is leading off for the third straight game, while Luke Williams is the starting shortstop. Trayce Thompson is getting the start against the righty, while former Cub Jason Heyward is on the bench.

More Details

The Dodgers will look to get back on track and back to .500 on the year. They’ll need the inconsistent bats to get going early, and for Grove to have another strong outing — the less the bullpen has to pitch the better.

First pitch for Thursday’s game is at 4:40 p.m. PT. You can watch it on MLB Network and Spectrum SportsNet LA, or listen to it on AM570 radio.
