Dodgers Score: Game Updates vs Pirates on Tuesday, Betting Odds, Michael Busch Debut, JD Martinez Out

It’s a battle of winning streaks this week in Pittsburgh. The Los Angeles Dodgers are taking their two-game winning streak to PNC Park, as they take on the Pirates, winners of a tied-for-MLB-best seven straight games.

The Dodgers are sending RHP Noah Syndergaard to the mound in Tuesday’s series opener, and he’ll face off against Pirates RHP Jovan Oviedo (but more on them later).

Here’s the lineup the Dodgers are sending out against the right-hander:

This is definitely one of the weirder lineups of the season. J.D. Martinez is getting his first day off coming off a day off, and is replaced by rookie Michael Busch at designated hitter, making his MLB debut.

Reigning National League Player of the Week Max Muncy is out on paternity leave, so there’s a pretty big hole in the Dodgers lineup. However, James Outman is sliding into the cleanup spot, one spot behind… Jason Heyward.
