Los Angeles Dodgers Gear: Records are Being Broken with World Series Win

Dodgers fans are clearly excited that their team has won their first World Series since 1988. Fans have been out in droves buying gear to celebrate the moment and breaking sales records in the process.

According to Fanatics chairman Michael Rubin, the Dodgers set the new record for merchandise purchased during the first 8 hours of a championship for a team. That includes the championships of the Lakers, Eagles, and literally any other team that you can think of.

And that would make sense, given what we’re seeing from fans all across our social media. We sent this out to Dodgers fans this week, and we got over 300 answers back. As it turns out, fans are spending well into the hundreds of dollars to celebrate their victory.

So what’s the verdict Dodgers fans? Have you bought yourself a ton of merchandise yet? Or maybe you’re holding off until Christmas rolls around. Whatever the case, make sure you get our latest Cody Bellinger tribute shirt, you won’t regret it!

  1. Congratulations to the 2020 World Series Champions LA Dodgers! I’m so happy for this Awesome team. Especially for Clayton “Gunslinger” Kershaw (22) and Justin (Red Dream) Turner (10). I believe this team can do a repeat! I hope they sign JT if the National League goes with the DH they should.

  2. OK… I will be the first to confess. I bought a World Series shirt before the final, along with a program and two pins, one already was sold out. After the series, I got two short sleeve shirts, one long sleeve shirt, and one hat. Figured I could wait until Opening Day and get my 30% off, (family season ticket holder since ’67), but since I live in Giant territory now, I figured it was Dodger Blue time to say… WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIENDS!!!
