Recap: Kendrick Extends Hitting Streak to 12 in 8-1 Loss to Nationals
The Dodgers kicked off their series against the Nationals on Tuesday with an 8-4 win! Kazmir put on a beautiful performance striking out 8 and the offense was alive. They looked to do the same on Wednesday with Bud Norris taking the mound.

The Nationals got on the board early in the bottom of the first and put 2 on the board thanks to an absolute bomb by Bryce Harper.

Roberts would take out Coleman and replace him with Avilan, but that wouldn’t help much.

Unfortunately, the Nationals were not done and they would pick up their 4th home run of the night in the bottom of the eighth.

The Dodgers would come up in the top of the ninth with Turner, Toles, and Van Slyke, but nothing would come of it and the Dodgers would lose this one 8-1.
