Shohei Ohtani Posts on Social Media Following Dodgers Introductory Press Conference

Shohei Ohtani was officially introduced as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday. His introductory press conference marked one of the biggest days in team history, and ushered in a new era of Dodger baseball.

Ohtani spoke about everything at the press conference including when he chose the Dodgers, why he chose the Dodgers and what his biggest goals are in L.A. He even revealed his dog’s name, which became a major talking point over the course of the last few weeks.

Following the monumental day, Ohtani took to Instagram to post a slideshow of pictures and videos from his new home, Dodger Stadium.

The slideshow included pictures of him in his new threads, him with the Dodgers’ brass and, of course, his dog, Decoy.

Ohtani seems very excited for the next chapter of his career, and rightfully so. The Dodgers have made the postseason 11 straight years and won the World Series in 2020. Ohtani, on the other hand, has never made the postseason in his career.

That’s sure to change now that he’s with the Dodgers, as a very exciting partnership begins in Los Angeles.

  1. Lmao you still think 2020 was real. Funny. Enjoy your ongoing world series drought for the next 10 years. Shohei you will be forgotten when you can’t pitch in 3 years and become an overpriced DH.

    1. Get yourself a good laugh about something that hasn’t yet happened. I am looking forward to seeing your posts here next year at this time. BTW, according to the books, 2020 is a real World Series Championship.

    2. Of course 2020 was a real world series. All the teams played under the same exact rules. Yeah it was a shorted season, so what?
What is the point of writing such a negative post here? Are you actually a Dodger fan or just want to stir up some fecal matter?

  2. I hope you are right,I hate cheaters who circumvent the standards to support there own agendas. I wish fans in visiting ballparks would boycot Fodger games until he retires
SQUEEKY CLEAN my aunt fanny.Just keep believing you are the only one of a kind !!!!

  3. Hahahahahahahahaha, both of you wouldn’t be saying a word if he’d signed with your team. Your jealousy is just sad. You and the rest of the haters can cry all you want while you enjoy your runner up trophies for the foreseeable future. Shohei and I and the rest of the Dodger fans will be over here at the parade.
