Best Dodgers Bars, Places to Watch LA Dodgers Games: The Douglas, The Gold Room

Your Dodgers are once again one of the best teams in all of baseball. Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman and the rest of the boys in blue have their eyes firmly focused on hoisting another World Series trophy this October but first must brave the dog days of summer to make it to the playoffs.

Pennant chasing baseball is the best kind of baseball to watch. And watching any baseball is best with good food, great drinks, and best friends. If you’re unable to make it to Dodger Stadium for a big matchup but are looking to watch the game with like-minded die-hards like yourself, we have a couple of awesome Dodgers bars close to the ballpark that will put you in the same atmosphere with your group and some new friends along the way.

And you won’t even have to wait as long for an overpriced beer like Dodger Stadium!

Our Doug McKain (@DMAC_LA) visited two spots close to 1000 Vin Scully Ave and dropped the highlights in the video above (or you can click, watch, and comment here)! Chug McKain stopped off first at…

The Gold Room

Located at 1558 W Sunset Blvd in Echo Park in Los Angeles, The Gold Room is less than one mile away from Dodger Stadium. Visit them on Instagram! Family owned and operated since 1983, The Gold Room has food and drink specials daily along with some of the finest spirits sure to bring out your true blue spirit during a game.

Grab a Jim Beam highball, you won’t regret it! (But do drink responsibly)

If you can’t make it before, during, or after a game, you can still visit owner Chris at The Gold Room any time from 12 PM to 2 AM daily where the peanuts are free all day!

If The Gold Room is a little too far from the stadium for you at less than a mile away, this next bar is less than half a mile away from Blue Heaven on Earth!

The Douglas

The Douglas is located at 1400 Sunset Blvd in the Echo Park district of Los Angeles and is known for its good beer and cheap friends. Trust us… it says it right on the menu (check out their Instagram)! Food and beer is the focus here, it’s a great spot to stop before and after games to try and save on the crazy prices you’ll find at Dodger Stadium these days.

Check out the daily specials 7 days a week including the “$4 draft.” The Douglas is a great little neighborhood hot spot that you’re sure to have a good time at with friends.
