Dodgers Have 6 of Top 20 Selling MLB Jerseys, Including One Big Surprise

The Los Angeles Dodgers are by far the most popular team in Major League Baseball in the 2025 season. On Monday, MLB’s jersey sales only reaffirmed it.

MLB released the most popular player jerseys based on sales of Nike jerseys from the Fanatics network of sites since the culmination of the World Series. The Dodgers had the top two spots, three of the top four spots, and six in the top 20 overall.

Shohei Ohtani (of course) took the No. 1 spot, but he was followed by another Dodger, World Series MVP Freddie Freeman, in the No. 2 spot.

The first non-Dodger — New York Mets outfielder Juan Soto — was in the No. 3 spot, and Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts was right behind him at No. 4.

The first New York Yankees player, Aaron Judge, was in the No. 5 spot, followed by Mets’ Francisco Lindor, Philadelphia Phillies’ Bryce Harper, Houston Astros’ Jose Altuve, and Atlanta Braves’ Ronald Acuna Jr.

Rounding out the top 10 was another Dodger, starting pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

After Yamamoto in the No. 11 spot was none other than Dodgers future Hall of Famer Clayton Kershaw. Then, it was San Diego Padres’ Fernando Tatis Jr., Cincinnati Reds’ Elly De La Cruz, Baltimore Orioles’ Gunnar Henderson, and Pittsburgh Pirates’ Paul Skenes rounding out the top 15.

The No. 16 spot was by far the biggest surprise, as Dodgers utility man and fan favorite Kiké Hernández was there. The last four players were as follows: Texas Rangers’ Corey Seager, Kansas City Royals’ Bobby Witt Jr., Yankees’ Anthony Volpe and Padres’ Manny Machado.
