Dodgers Notes: LA Falls In Extras To Astros, Freddie Freeman Reaches a Career Milestone, All Star Trade Candidate and More

The Dodgers fought back on Sunday against the Houston Astros but couldn’t quite get the win as they fell in the 11th inning to Houston to end the weekend. That snapped a four-game win streak for LA, but it wasn’t all bad news as first baseman Freddie Freeman got his 2,000th career hit on the day.

It other news, the Dodgers could be a candidate to get Cleveland Guardians pitcher Shane Bieber at the trade deadline, and there’s some news on the injury front, including on shortstop Gavin Lux, who took a big step in his recovery from a torn ACL. You can read all about that and more below!
