Dodgers Schedule: Tommy Lasorda Bobblehead Giveaway Night Coming up at Dodger Stadium

This is sure to be the must-have bobblehead on the Dodgers’ schedule in 2021. The team will honor the late, great Tommy Lasorda this coming Monday, September 13 with the first 40,000 fans receiving commemorative bobbleheads of the Hall of Fame manager.

The two-time World Series champion manager passed away in January of this year after battling failing health for years. Thankfully, Tommy got to see one more title come home to Los Angeles before leaving us.

The Dodgers will be taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks at Dodger Stadium that day. Tommy would have celebrated his 94th birthday on September 22nd, but with the Dodgers out of town on that day, the organization made sure to honor the LA legend before the end of the season.

  1. Who designed that bobblehead? Looks like a cross between Rick Monday and Cal Ripkin Jr.
BTW, if the next crowd at Dodger Stadium is polled , I’d bet my Social Security check that over half of those in attendance don’t know who Tommy Lasorda was , or did.
