Phil Bickford is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He was born on July 10, 1995, in Ventura, California. Bickford was selected by the Toronto Blu Jays in the first round of the 2013 MLB June Amateur Draft but decided not to sign. In 2015, he was again selected in the first round but this time it was with the San Francisco Giants. On August 1, 2016, the Milwaukee Brewers traded LHP Will Smith to the San Francisco Giants for C Andrew Susac and RHP Phil Bickford.

On May 3, 2021, the Los Angeles Dodgers claimed RHP Phil Bickford off waivers from the Milwaukee Brewers. He then proceeded to have a breakout year going 4-2 with a 2.5 ERA over 50.1 innings pitched. He is known for his exceptional stuff and has been a highly-regarded relief pitcher in the Dodgers organization.
