Dodgers vs Rockies: Latest Betting Odds, Predictions and Picks for October 3

The Dodgers won the first half of their six-game, season-ending series with the Rockies, winning on Friday and Saturday before dropping the Sunday afternoon game. Los Angeles is currently sitting on 110 wins and needs one more win to clinch the best winning percentage in franchise history.

Today, the Dodgers will send Tony Gonsolin to the mound in his return from the injured list. Gonsolin is 16-1 and was leading the league with a 2.10 ERA, but he hasn’t pitched since August 23, hitting the IL a couple days later with a right forearm strain. They aren’t expecting much length from Gonsolin — three or four innings, tops — which was why manager Dave Roberts had Andre Jackson throw the final four innings of Sunday’s loss to Colorado.

The Rockies will counter with Jose Ureña, who is apparently still in the big leagues. Ureña has faced Los Angeles twice this year, allowing just one run in 6.2 innings on July 6 before getting rocked for 10 runs (seven earned) in three innings 22 days later. He has a 5.40 ERA in 16 starts since coming to the Rockies early this season.

Team Games (W/L)
