Kiké Hernández on New Dodgers RHP Tyler Glasnow: ‘He’s Like a Sex God’

The popularity of Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto being on the Dodgers has thrust a few players into a different kind of spotlight.

When news broke of Ohtani’s marriage, Japanese television stations interrupted programming, newspapers distributed special editions and women took the day off work to mourn his bachelorhood.

That sparked a question in the clubhouse of who might be the new “hot guy”, just by being associated with the two Japanese superstars. Ohtani used the term when describing his former Angels teammate Tyler Wade in 2022 when he was in a photo with him.

Manager Dave Roberts said Kiké Hernandez would find his way next to Ohtani often but Hernandez had a different answer — Tyler Glasnow.

“He’s like a sex god. Big, tall dude, long hair.”

The other popular answer amongst the club is James Outman.

“Glasnow and Outman are the most popular answers. Both have celebrity doppelgangers—even actor Cillian Murphy has commented on his resemblance to Glasnow, and both reliever Evan Phillips and shortstop Gavin Lux point out that Outman looks a bit like Kit Harrington, who played Jon Snow in Game of Thrones—and luscious locks.”

Regardless of who finds this newfound fame, they admit that it’s a good-looking room. However, they are hoping that everyone becomes famous after they win a World Series.

  1. James Outman is supposed to be the starting Center Fielder right now but our current coach has been platooning him& pulling him out late in the game when we are behind & James is just coming out of his early slump with a couple HR’S & continues to hit the ball hard just at some body,& the only way to get going back on track is to play full time against left & right pitching which James Outman is pretty equally always hitting both, so why do you have to go take him out & put in Taylor & Kiki who can’t compete to Ottman33, by not playing him your sending him a message saying he is not capable or important or good enough to be the starting Center Fielder you know he is.You have to play your starters full time Roberts, this is how you mess up every year & don’t succeed with the talent u have on your team. Play Ottman33 full time & you will start winning again.
