Dodgers Notes: LA Loses After Un-Bee-Lievable Delay, Key Injured Players Remain Far From Return and More
The Los Angeles Dodgers had a late start to Tuesday night’s game due to bees. Seriously.
A swarm of bees initially delayed the start of Tuesday night’s Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks game in one of the weirder scenes in recent MLB memory.
The Dodgers then ended up losing in extra innings on a Christian Walker walk-off two-run home run, almost five hours after first pitch was supposed to take place.
Off the field, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts gave tons of injury updates, and made it clear the Dodgers are still a ways away from getting some of their guys back to Los Angeles. Also, Walker Buehler made his sixth rehab start.
