Dodgers Notes: Star Misses Game, Kershaw Throws Off Mound, Former LA Outfielder Lands in NL West

The Dodgers faced off against the Cincinnati Reds in the third game of a four-game series, taking the game by a score of 4-0. Starting pitcher Walker Buehler looked excellent going six shutout innings in the game.

Mookie Betts was out of the lineup against the Reds in what was called a routine day off. Shohei Ohtani took his place in the leadoff spot.

Clayton Kershaw was seen throwing off the mound at Dodger Stadium, showing good progress as he makes his way back from offseason shoulder surgery. Manager Dave Roberts praised James Paxton following a dominant start on Friday against the Reds.
