Shohei Ohtani was caught practicing what looked like a simmered-down version of his pitching motion. He is working his way back from a torn UCL and won’t be pitching this season.

James Paxton’s numbers show a stark difference in his level of production based on how many days of rest he has before he pitches. The Dodgers aren’t likely to push him too much this season on short rest.
