Dodgers Notes: Winning Streak Continues, Walker Buehler Update, Ohtani Talks Toronto and More
Entering Saturday, the Dodgers held a five-game winning streak and they extended it to six with a 4-2 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. Right-handed ace Tyler Glasnow dominated again, throwing six innings while allowing just one run and striking out nine. He did leave the game earlier due to cramps but should be fine!
Los Angeles placed right-hander Kyle Hurt on the 60-day injured list and selected the contract of right-hander Nabil Crismatt. With these moves, they optioned left-hander Nick Ramirez.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts gave a date for Walker Buehler’s next rehab start. Yoshinobu Yamamoto reflected on his great start earlier in the week.
Roberts looked at the recent success of the team and Gavin Stone opened up about what was working for him against Toronto on Friday.
