Dodgers Notes: Offense Needs a Reboot, World Series Odds Plummet, Dave Roberts Keeping the Faith
The Dodgers will be fighting for their playoff lives Wednesday evening as they travel to Phoenix to take on the Arizona Diamondbacks in Game 3 of the NLDS. Having lost the first two games in lackluster fashion, the Dodgers would be eliminated with a loss in the desert.
Ahead of their game, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts and superstar Mookie Betts have expressed their belief in the team’s ability to pull off the series comeback. Lance Lynn will start on Wednesday as the Dodgers’ bats look to finally heat up after two brutal games in the playoffs so far.
