Joc Pederson rose to the occasion in game four of the four game series at Chavez Ravine against the Miami Marlins on Sunday.
In the bottom of the fourth inning, Pederson took Marlins’ starter Vance Worley yard, launching the ball into the visiting bullpen.

This was only Pederson’s second home run of the season, and his first since Opening Day when he hit the grand slam against the San Diego Padres.
With Pederson struggling to reach base since his return from the disabled list, Sunday could very well be a turning point for him to regain his confidence. He hit the home run, as well as walked and was hit by a pitch.
