The Los Angeles Dodgers kicked off Cactus League play with a dominant 14-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Thursday that began with an eight-run first inning.

While Shohei Ohtani didn’t play on Thursday, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts discussed when the designated hitter could make his Cactus League debut.
